Self-Care in the Physicality of Massage

What I do is not for everyone. What some people don’t realize is the amount of physical energy and strength that I put into my line of work. Because of this, I have to stay in shape - from my upper body to my lower body and core strength involved in holding myself up, massaging while providing teasing and edging using my hands and body.

Massage

The level of effort that I put into the massage portion of the session is similar to a registered massage therapist (RMT) standard. Self-care is important for even RMTs whose burnout rate is quite short given the level of physical activity they put into their work. Self-care includes incorporating diet and exercise, according to Massage Therapy Canada, and this is something I ensure to add into my daily routine and lifestyle. I am using my upper body and thumbs to massage your legs, feet and neck but using my whole body weight to massage your glutes, lower back and all the way up to your shoulders when I am kneeling overtop of you.

Body Slide

A body slide is when I use my body to slide my breasts down your back (and sometimes your front). This exercise requires a lot of core strength (holding myself up before I even place my body on yours) and upper body strength (massaging you and teasing you before you get to experience my breasts pushed against you). Further, I also use my hip flexors and legs to push my body towards your head and away again to create different sensations, from kissing your ears to pulling my body backwards to tease you between your legs.

Teasing and Edging

When you’ve flipped over, I will move between laying on top of you to kneeling over your body, holding myself up with one arm and teasing you perfectly with the other. I also hold myself up by hovering over you to allow you the opportunity to play with my breasts. This requires a lot of upper body, core and leg stretch (hip flexors again).

Cuddling

I don’t massage every client but there are times where people want to cuddle. It might be laying down together, sitting on the couch or even standing and hugging. Regardless, I always try to find the most comfortable position for my partner to relax (unless they choose to take an uncomfortable position) so this means I must hold my body in awkward positions. For example, if someone is sitting on the couch facing forward, I will kneel beside them, push my body against theirs and hold myself up with my lower body, glutes and core.

Pegging

As you can imagine, this also requires a lot of body strength. Besides me laying down (and having a person sit on top of me), pegging sometimes requires using my body in different positions to, not only move with great strength and thrust, but in other situations it can be a matter of holding myself in a specific position to enter at a pace comfortable for the receiver.

The Role of the Core

It’s not just about holding myself up and ensuring upper body strength, but also using balance. Core strength plays a huge role in ensuring balance, which is important when I am teasing, ticking and moving in a sensual way. Core strength is also important for longevity and not maintaining this can also be a predictor in quality of life in the future (since as we become older we have a higher risk of injury if we fall). You can read more about the importance of core strength here.

In summary, I love what I do. It keeps me strong and inspires an active lifestyle. It grants me the opportunity to provide an experience unlike any other. Sure, I can choose to be lazy, lay back and make you do all the work. But then I wouldn’t be putting my heart and soul into what I do, which wouldn’t give me any fulfillment.

Never underestimate the amount of work that I put into what I do. There’s a lot more that I put into my neo-tantric massage (and other experiences that I offer that can be read here) that spill over into my personal life beyond the time we spend together. How you measure value in your experiences with a sex professional are completely contingent on what you enjoy and where you find the quality in the experience. Some people think it’s about having sex with someone (or obtaining certain sexual services), whereas others place emphasis on the whole experience of the time spent - from relaxing and letting go (not having to do any of the work) to stimulating conversations and connection. So what is important to you?

You are a true professional in every sense of the word! The level of thought and attention to detail to your craft is impeccable. You create an environment that is comfortable and safe allowing barriers to fall and minds to expand. It's no surprise that you also take the same level of detail to prepare your body and mind. Your strength and conditioning is on full display throughout each graceful movement. It's impressive to see and behold❤️
